I'm attempting to use signals in MSP, converted to CC midi to control to my waldorf blofeld.

ex: a cycle~ object in MaxMSP controlling filter cutoff on the blofeld.

it works! however 50 or so percent of the note midi i send to the synth does not work; the synth doesn't respond. is this because the control change is taking up polyphony in the synth?

i tried gating the CC MIDI, closing for only 20~ ms, when a note was played but that didn't work. any ideas for a workaround? really excited to potentially expand my synth this way.
