Also, I have added a zip of a method to bind parameters to eachother across multiple subpatchers, the bindings menus are populated automatically so you should be able to set up connections to already existing complex patches as long as they have varnames and autopattrs like in the setup.

I am not an expert with pattr but would massively appreciate anyone checking it out as this kind of stuff can save on countless hours of patching and tweaking.

I'm trying to make a quick and easy message routing system for my patches using pattr and bindto.

The idea is that you can put a bpatcher with this somewhere and be able to bind any item to any other item with a varname. Then you can use pattrstorage to remember the umenu bindings.

The only problem is populating the umenu manually means its hard/time consuming to implement the patch in an already existing complex patch.

Recently I made a simple interface to get data from my xbox360 controllers(I can share this if anyone needs it). Now I will have to make a custom umenu for all the different variables in every patch I want to control with the controller.

If there was a way to get all varnames in a patch in a umenu it would make it so quick and easy to bind parameters!

Has anyone got any suggestions? I figured this must be a common problem but I am having trouble finding posts about how to combat it.
