I got this strange problem: when I use some jit.qt object, or even the jit.grab object, my computer starts to overheat, with temperature going over 80º celsius. That is happening since the very first days of jitter usage.

I'm on a macbook pro (mid 2010) with Mavericks on it, 8 gigabyte ram. The GPU is a nVidia GeForce GT 330M, processor Intel Core i7 2,66 GHz.

Try plugging them into jit.gl.videoplane, basically move them into the open GL world and off the cpu.

And make sure you have the latest version of max.
