i successed to save it to a file, but the file is broken and i can’t listen the sound.
what is the problem ?

the message i had send is "saveAttachment 1 1 /attachment1.wav 1" and "saveAttachment 1 1 /

Hello,

I’m having a similar problem as Sawako. jpg files sent as attachments
open as text. I didn’t see a response on the list. Pardons if I missed
it.

Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Type: image/jpeg;
x-unix-mode=0644;
name="itsaparty.jpg"
Content-Disposition: inline;
filename=itsaparty.jpg

Is this expected behavior or am I messing up?

Hi,

I’ve placed an incremental update to the net.mail.recv example class here:

http://cycling74.com/twiki/bin/view/IncrementalDownloads/Web Home

I added support for saving jpeg attachments. Sawako, the code for
being able to save .wav or .aiff or other binary types should be
similar. I’m hoping you’ll be able to implement it yourself – this is
an example, and the code is available. If you are stuck and can’t
make it happen holler at me and I’ll see what I can do.

Ben
