I have a strange problem with my surface pro (first generation) touch screen and Max...

It seems to be Max has a problem to process the touch screen inputs?

The problem occurs with buttons as well as with pictctrl objects. Of course I enlarged the size of the components to hit them well.

If I touch the screen in a 90 degrees angle in a precise way, the components often don't react. (If i repeat this a few times, sometimes they do.)

But if I slide a little bit along the screen after I'm touching it they always do!

First I thought there must be something wrong with my touchscreen, but there is a little shadow indicates that the touch event was recognized from windows 8. So I think there must be something wrong with Max, because I don't have any problems like these with other applications.

I don't have this problem with a external mouse!

Is there anyone with the same problem and is there a solution for this?

Problem with touch screen input (windows 8), components do not react properly!
