I have an incoming message formated in the following way (with spaces):

Obviously I am sending a OSC message and in order for the OSC message to format properly on the other side I need to wrap the content in a set of quotations. MAX will not let me use a " at the end of the argument in prepend and append.

Problems with Prepend and Append with Quotations- need work around
