I have two Max applications which send and receive OSC messages via UDP send&receive with a mobile device. The two apps run simultaneously and they are configured to receive from the same mobile device IP, incoming and outgoing ports.

Now, if I run the two apps on a Mac machine, they both communicate with the mobile device and work as expected. However, when I run the two apps on a Windows machine, only the one which is launched first communicates with the mobile device and the other is not responding at all.

Does anybody know why? And is there a fix to prevent this?
