Hello, I have 3 questions regarding this tutorial patch.

Firstly I need to clarify that the screen resolution setting of my MacBook Pro Retina is 1440 x 900. I use the default ‘countdown15.mov’, which duration is 10000 milliseconds.

In this patch, 1023 and 767 are used for the 1024 x 768 screen, but in my environment, 1440 and 900 work fine, rather than 1439 and 899. Could anyone kindly tell me the reason for this?

In the section labeled 2, there is a ‘- 1’ message box connected to the duration of the movie. But I can obtain the desired value (10000 for a 10000 milliseconds long movie) by deleting the ‘-1’ message box. With the ‘-1’ message box, what I get is 9999.

In the section labeled 2 again, when I send 10000 to the imovie object, number ‘4' is shown on the imovie object. Theoretically number ‘1’ should be shown here. It seems I reach the ending of the movie at the value of 6000, rather than 10000. Could anyone tell me why this happens?
