QuickTime 7.1.3 update and Flash

September 13, 2006 | 10:45 am

FYI:

http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=304341

There is a System Preference to re-enable Flash in QuickTime. For
those of you using Flash inside of jit.qt.movie, you will need to
enable this manually.

Don’t know what this means, exactly — either Apple is preparing to
remove Flash support from QuickTime entirely (instead using WebKit
for this), or they may finally update Flash support within QuickTime,
or? Speculation aside, just thought this should be known.

Hi list-

Is anybody else using QuickTime 7.1.3 sucessfully? I’m drawing close to a concert, and don’t want to mess with it if it’s going to mess up my life. I rely heavily on spigot~ at the moment…

thanks,

mzed

I would avoid any changes to your system close to a concert.
