whoa i have several bpatchers using 7 or 8
arguments, seems i had luck.
or is that only a bug of the inspector maybe?

Sorry, I found the answer in the doc.

"
The patcherargs object permits access to more than 10 arguments for
patchers which are typed into an object box, but those contained within
a bpatcher object remain limited to 10 arguments.
"
