Real-time loop program

August 14, 2007 | 12:10 am

I have created a real-time loop-based performance application for teaching purposes that some of you folks newer to Max/MSP might be interested in.

almostLive, in the spirit of Ableton’s Live, uses four players that sync to a master tempo and time-stretch and transpose in real-time.

It’s not a sophisticated performance tool – it’s meant to introduce students used to working in ProTools/Logic to realtime concepts.

Mac UB (Win shortly), with source patches.

Comments/suggestions welcome.

‘not found’ …
cheers
