I am so happy that I could make a fast tick(bang) for use within OutSim SynthMaker, my major platform. Within SM I can execute my MAX .exe. I can loadbang the audio on, and audio device selection is recalled. What I want to do is recall the device selected by 'MIDI out' object. So my user can set it once, and then when they load my SM program, they don't need to select midi yoke(or other midi device) in the MAX .exe every time they use my SM application. Is this possible? I just couldn't find this in the search here.
