						<p>Coding a send in C is pretty straight forward, as you probably know. </p>
<p>I think the approach to programming a custom receive would involve building an invisible object that binds itself to a symbol, and standard newobj-type objects that register themselves with your invisible object using the notification API.</p>
<p>But that&#8217;s just a quick guess. Someone from C74 can give a more authoritative answer.</p>
