I’ve just started using maxmsp and I’d like to write a little patch that can record 30seconds and then play it back and then again loop the process.

How can I do ?
Can you point me some objects and examples ?

if you r/ctrl click on an object you can access a helpfile which demonstrates common usage of that object; look at the helpfiles for the following objects:
