Lets say I have a matrix [3 float32 320 240], all values ranging from 0. to 1. I would like to use the 3rd plane of the matrix as a logic sorter and have a dynamically resizing matrix come out, based on whether the values of plane 3 are greater than zero, or other adjustable value. I'm sure I will eventually get it with max-objects, but this seem like something best left in jitter. I am familiar with the x-ray library, but still haven't figured it out in there either.

OK - I figured out a way, which I wonder if it is most efficient. It also brings up another question, which could be its own thread, yet is still appropriate to this one as well. I've used the xray.jit objects, but maybe not to there best advantage. Thanks Wesley for these great objects! They've saved me again.

I can't really speak to the efficiency of your methods, but to answer the question in the patch, a combination of jit.matrixinfo, some math, and jit.scanwrap should do to put it back into 2D.
