any help ?
are there any object emulating resistors, Capacitors,Transistors, Diodes in max msp?

Hi,

Not really. There are no such objects because MSP is not a circuit
simulator– it can only control the flow of signals through a
directed graph, which is not really sufficient to model electrical
circuits. This is not a failing of MSP, rather, it is a different
kind of tool. Look at SPICE or similar for modeling analog circuits.

Also, look at LabView. It uses a patcher style interface, but is designed for prototyping hardware instruments.
