resonators~ questions

Hello,

The resonators~ external can normally compute up to 1024 resonances, but the
maximum I can load is 85. If I try to load more resonances, for each additional
(F, A, D) triplet I get this message in the console:
“multiple of 3 floats required (frequency amplitude decayRate”.
This happens at any buffer size on the Windows version of Max/MSP.

Also, does resonator~ calculates the resonances in the spectral domain (FFT) or
in the temporal domain ?

Thanks for your help,
Julien

You are probably sending your triplets in lists, but a list cannot exceed 256 elements, so you can’t manipulate more than 85 resonators in a single list (because 86 * 3 = 258, which is > 256)
