Most Max objects report directly to the Max window when they receive an error, and some objects (like sfplay~) report their state directly to the Max window when queried.
Is it possible to retrieve these messages from the Max window to be evaluated as a list, symbol, or other?
Any way to retrieve non-error messages sent directly to the Max window?
not really. most of the time you’ll find another way to check for object state. what do you wanna do?
