Hello, I'm currently scratching my head on how to approach this...

it seems simple(and it probably is.) but i'm not sure which object to use.

I've got the [change] object to tell me a change happens to a toggle and that exactly what i want in that case, but how can i switch that toggle off when i there is no change or change stops, even when the value is not 0.

LSKA that's a close answer thanks! I added it to my patch & it sort of worked, but i guess i should clarify on my initial question.

I have a dial; and say I stop moving it not giving the [change] objects any more input so to speak, how can I make that lack of movement or new input switch the toggle.

LSKA's patch seems to do the trick, but I run into another small issue: how do i make it so the second toggle is not so, fluttery?

You can somehow poll the values and set a time interval threshold to detect the dial's inactivity

Can also be done without metro and counter.

What does it meant to poll values, like a record of something?
