whenever I try to select the ad_rewire driver in the DSP window it comes up with this message in the max window:

ad_rewire: unable to register rewire device Max, error 666
ad_rewire: please check ReWire installation and restart Max/MSP.

I have tried downloading rewire 1.7 from propellerhead and installing it but still no joy.

can anyone help?

ok you need to copy the Rewire file from your

hd/library/applicationsupport/propellerheads/rewire folder

into

users/library/applicationsupport/propellerheads/rewire folder
