rgb_bpatcher & maxtoolbar

when the background RGB values of a patch are used (via the brgb obj), and the patch is instantiated inside of a bpatcher, the colors that were set are used to colorize the toolbar instead.

pretty fun in my case; a nice salmony-orange pink.
don’t know if this qualifies as a bug, since most people probably aren’t going to want to set the color of their bpatchers in this manner, but worth mentioning in terms of the toolbar bit, IMO.

this is a feature of MAX since version 3.x.

it is not a bug, but what exactly it is, isn?t sure.
