I am pretty sure quite a lot of max users have a FF400 – I just
received mine. So far it works great, but i did not have time to
explore it yet..

I see on the manual than you can access the internal settings (pan,
volume etc, routing maybe…) by midi messages

Did anyone tried it (controlling the FF400 from max)?
Could it replace the (old, macOS9) rme objects that kit clayton (if i
remember well) did, and which were never ported to osX?

what is [dsp driver monitor] ?? object? message? part of max, part of RME ??

it’s ;dsp driver monitor, i.e. a message to the DSP. There are some
explanation in the MSP manual.

ok got it – messages

are you on mac or Window?? (I am not sure if this ASIO thing relates
to FF400 on MacOSX – since osX i don’t see Asio drivers on mac
anymore….)
