Rolling Dice in openGL

March 9, 2007 | 1:56 pm

I have an old app that implements the Mozart dice game. I wrote when I
first started using max and always wanted to add a rolling dice animation. I
am imagining and openGL script with jit.gl.sketch would do the job. Before I
start making my own I thought I would ask the list if anyone has made such a
thing or am I rolling craps?

a tip: using jit.gl.plato as your "dice" might make it easier to
texture it.

other than that, a [line] connected to [rotate xyz] message going
into the jit.gl.plato should be all it takes.

Thanks. I didn’t make it clear. I know how to build it from scratch. My
hope was to find an openGL script already made.
