How do I route information from lists into a certain patchway depending on words contained on such lists? For example: I have a list that contains a symbol, an integer and a float, lets say : green, 180, 2.3; and another one with the same type of variables, for instance: red, 270, 3.4. Lets say that I want lists with the "green" symbol in them to go through a specific pathway for lists that contain "green" and the I want the list with the "red" symbol to go through a pathway deviced for lists containing the symbol: "red". How would I do this? What if there are several colors involved rather than just red and green? (there are actually seven of them counting red and green).

if it _begins with "green", route is perfect. if you want to filter for _any element of a list, it is time for you to get into zl.

An alternative to rick's solution, [routepass red orange yellow green blue indigo violet]

routepass will pass everything to the given outlet (unlike route it won't clip the color name)
