scanned sysnthesis

August 14, 2008 | 8:50 am

Hi,

just wanted to ask if there is a scanned synthesis object for M5?

You have two options that I know of…

scansynth~
http://www.jmc.blueyeti.fr/download.html
which I have not evaluated.

and csound~
http://www.davixology.com/csound~.html
If you are already familiar with csound, you should
definitely check it out. Csound in a Max environment
is fantastic.

That’s odd. The download listed above fires up
and runs just fine in 10.5.4 on my MacBookPro.
I fired up the rather complex helpfile and all
was revealed (reeAAAAOWWWWWW)

my absolute dimwitted mistake, the result of a blury eyed sleepless night meant that I totally missed that there are three platforms of externals in the download. eejit.
yep this works fine for moi too.

apologies Hans, this works fine
