I use sflist~ to define buffer and use “preload” to load all the different sound files for several sfplay~ objects. But when I use “seek” message, Max/MSP shows “no open file”. Apparently, “seek” message only works with the sound directly loaded through “open”.

Could anyone give me some suggestions for using the similar function like “seek” message for sfplay~ to play sound files from the buffer defined by sflist~ ?
