						<p>First of all I&#8217;m really sorry about my english level (it&#8217;s really terrible). I hope I could explain my questions about max/msp. I&#8217;m studying music technologies several days ago I started to interest with max/msp. I have some basic questions first one is</p>
<p>I have several max tutorials and It&#8217;s not looking enough for discover max. Do you have any book or tutorial suggestions for a new max/msp user</p>
<p>second one is </p>
<p>Is it possible convert a max/msp patch to .app format or another format for example vsti or au something else<br />
I would like to hide the codes of my patches. And I would like to share my patches without codes just in run time mode<br />
 How could I do this ? </p>

<p>- you can build max patches as standalone applications.  You should check out the standalone object and the patcher inspector to customize (View > Patcher Inspector).  To build a standalone goto File > Build As Collective / Application.  In that window include any abstractions that are not included in the Cycling &#8217;74 folder, click build and make sure to select Application and not Collective.</p>
<p>Also there are many threads on this in the forum archives, just type standalone in the search bar.</p>
