try either [loadbang] –> “open blahblah.aif” –> [sfplay~],
[loadmess open cherokee.aif] –> [sfplay~],
or look at the [sflist] object helpfile. The last is the preferred solution, depending on size/number of audio files required and other start up activity within your patch.
