Hi!
Do you know of a good way to share a camera feed with two apps? Here’s what I have tried so far. I have an analog camera that goes in a Canopus to firewire to mac mini. Max gets the feed but another app also needs the feed. So I tried BlackOps GrabberRaster app that screen grabs and creates a virtual cam, but there are now new problems introduced, resolution limits and “automationability”. I hoped that jit.qt.videout could act as a virtual cam, but I couldn’t make it work. Do you know of other ways?

Greatly appreciated,

hey,

the free ManyCam does this quite well.
Plus additional functionality (paint on the camera image etc…)

Cheers,
