(Sharing) Cheap Grungy Spring Reverb

It’s cheap, it’s springy. Basically a few help files smashed together but it seems to do the job at sounding springy and grungy.

Only problem I seem to have is that unless I move damp up to 0.99 after playing the echo’s never decay, they just build up in the low end and steal all my headroom.

So I guess it’s a share but something to be built on and developed.

Have some springy fun!

I haven’t got v6, so can’t open up the gen bit but I suspect you’d need some sort of hp filter somewhere inside whatever feedback loop you have in your gen patch to attenuate any lf and dc buildup…

my guess is that the dcblock already in there needs to be moved down right after the last mix object in the lower left, because otherwise you do have an un-dcblocked loop going there.

Aha, you are right. Now it’s even more springy!

For those who are interested here it is.
It will work in the same bpatcher posted before.
