Here is the newest version of my granulation tool.

You can watch a demo at :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9oUdF4Hbgk

Grain core is a sampling granulation tool. It allows for many types of audio granulation and sound effects. It is a very powerful tool that can maximize the potential of a sound and generate sound matters of great complexity with only a few clicks. It also offers the possibility to use various automated modifiers (LFO, Step sequencer, Enveloppes, External Controllers) to control any parameter, even reson filter and 4 band EQ.

I don’t have a Windows version of Grain core 1.7 (still 1.6). Will be out soon.

It can be downloaded at :

Hi
this algorithm looks and sounds very fresh; particularly your use of modifiers – LFO’s and tables – very intuitive and flexible, with a low CPU hit too! What grain algorithm are you using? phasor/play, groove, index??

I did use the bufGranul~ object from GMEM ( http://www.maxobjects.com/?v=objects&id_objet=4558 ). The clock is audio generated and it is coded, so it is really more performant than a patch like “Granularized” (see Max examples).

I’m glad you like the interface! I hope you’ll have fun with it.

Any comment is welcome!
