Meant to upload this ages ago, never got round to it. It lets you send and receive data wirelessly over XBees in API mode (as opposed to the simpler serial mode). It works fine here on both Win and OSX ymmv, remember you have to copy some .so files to 'support' for RXTX to be able to open the serial port from inside mxj. The eclipse project is included so if you want it done different or better feel free to hack away...
