simple question, rotating through options

March 27, 2006 | 3:25 pm

Hey,
anyone know how to use a bang to rotate through a list of options? in this case it’s using a mouse butotn to switch between 2 octaves.
Sorry i suspect it’s probably quite easy, it’s just bugging me and I can’t find anything about it.
Thanks,
Doug

Maybe it’s just me, but what you want to achieve is not really clear.
Could you post a patch to better see what you want or give more
precisions ? zl rot allows you to rotate a list for example. Could be
used with inc/dec. does it help ?

Julien.

Yes.

There are more ways to do this than typos in your message .-q

(Since we’ve been talking about spell-checkers in other threads)

One solution: bang -> [counter 24] -> umenu or coll or something
