Sine wave glissandi patch, looking for some solutions

Hello,
I have recently composed music that requires the control of seven glissando sine waves. I'm currently in the preliminary stages of building the patch, so if anyone can direct me as to the best set of objects to use I would be most grateful.
The patch has to incorporate the following variables; a starting and ending pitch and a duration of the slide.
