Is there any way to make a slider only output certain numbers when sliding up and down?

I want the slider to output 0 untill it reaches 40, and then output 40 untill it reaches 80, then 80 to 160 and then the same back down. 160 till 80 ect.

I can think of a few solutions here. Have you tried a series of if...then statements? Or maybe a more straightforward approach would be cascading [split] objects triggering message boxes.
