i use jit.qt.grab for grabbing a webcam-stream.

what i would like to do, is taking a single frame (snapshot) out of the stream when clicking a button. 

i'd like to use this snapshot as basis for creating a difference image to the live webcam-stream.

can anybody please tell me which object i have to use for taking the snapshot out of the stream?
