What's the easiest/most efficient way (assuming only standard Max 

objects) to sort out floats from ints in a single input stream?

In other words, if the input to an object contains a mixture of ints 

& floats (arriving serially as atoms, not simultaneously as lists), 

how can I send all the floats in one direction, and all the ints in 

another? So far, all the objects I'm using (trigger, int, float, 

number boxes, flonums, etc.) freely convert from one to the other. 

Instead, I need to be able to discriminate/differentiate floats from
