I use Screenium and Voila, both of which use Soundflower, to record lengthy screen-captured videos (over an hour, typically), and by the end of the recording the audio is significantly behind the video. The end-product ends up looking like a badly-dubbed foreign film. I've tried adjusting various soundflower settings, such as buffer size, but this hasn't really helped in the end. I'm confident that the problem is with soundflower because both screen-recording applications end up with the same lagging audio.
