Storing an empty matrixctrl with pattrstorage.

Storing an empty matrixctrl with pattrstorage.

I’m using pattrstorage to recall various states of a matrixctrl but I’m unable to store a matrixctrl with no cells turned on. When I recall a preset it always displays the last cell to be switched off.

Any ideas?

Are you using Max 5? This works ok in Max 4, for an empty matrix it will store “0 0 1 0 1 0 0 2 0 … “

In Max 5 it will never store a value for an empty matrix. Unless I am missing something, this is a bug in Max 5.
