stuff I've done

March 3, 2006 | 4:08 pm

Hey max-mspers –

Sorry about the multiple postings, but I figured what the heck…

I’ve just put on-line a whole lot of work I’ve done; papers, pieces,
software, etc. Here’s the link for the 2-3 people (beyond my immediate
family) who might be interested:

http://music.columbia.edu/~brad/

There’s a fair amount of max-msp work scattered throughout, including the
little standalone apps (I updated mlooch and mnissa to run on OSX) I’ve
done, and the big "My Music Book" thing I did a few years back.

Hope you enjoy some of this!

Awesome stuff, does rtcmix~ only work on 4.5? I’m using 4.3 windows xp and
the external doesn’t seem to load correctly.

Hahaha… I laughed for about give minutes when I read this. Did
anyone else take it the way I did? Emphasis on *stuff*? hahaha

Glad people seem to like the sounds/software…

I honestly don’t know if it will load under 4.3/Windows — I’ve only used
it 4.5/Windows. Be sure to get the ‘beta’ version (about to make it
non-beta…); the link is at the top of the page. The Windows rtcmix~ is
a little flaky in general, though, there are some issues with the cygwin
compiler and the RTcmix unix code that I need to fix.

Nice, I’ll have to try the new mlooch.
The old one was really nice, I hacked it to make a playable instrument
out of it a few years back. Very chill.

posting on this list, and especially sharing so much fun with your
contributions will automatically grow your family quite a lot ;-)

A lot of interest on my side…
