Some non-US keyboards have a comma-key instead of a dot-key in the numberblock. To type floats into flonum, one always has to go to the dot-key in the main keyboard. Would it be possible to include a conversion in the preferences or in the flonum inspector, that would make the comma in the numberblock a dot for float inputs.
(I know that I can change the comma to dot by pressing “alt”, but this is not convenient if you are fast typing. I also know that I can change the keyboard in system preferences, but that would mean I have to change it before I use MAX and after again, to keep the keyboard in standard with other programs, so it would be nice if this was a featrue within MAX)

oh yes please!

i’d add that on some keyboards (french/belgian) the dot isn’t just on the main keyboard but also needs a shift…
