Sysex file reader?

Sysex file reader?

Hi all,

A colleague is trying to restore the original factory sounds to a
Korg T1 that lost its memory when the internal battery died. He’s
downloaded the standard MIDI file & the separate sysex data files
that contain the sound banks, etc. He’s not having any luck sending
the data from Cubase or ProTools – keeps getting a sysex data error –
thought I might try MaxMSP for it. Does anyone have a patch to read a
SMF or sysex data file and read it out? I don’t know much about the
sysex implementation on the Korg T1.

Thanks,

Steven

Thanks, I’ll pass this on to him.
