Tab sections/pages, how to?

December 17, 2009 | 11:03 pm

I swear ive seen a patch where the programmer used Tab to load different sections of the patch. Like Tab 1 for Oscillators, Tab 2 for Envelopes..etc..

Cant find it now however, and manual give me no clue.

Any hints?

Look in the bpatcher help file, then double click the subpatcher marked ‘patcher more’

bpatcher offset, but you can also have multiple bpatcher instances on top of each other, then use [thispatcher] and the "bringtofront" message to make the selected bpatch usable (on the top of the stack). Works great, though watch for transparent or semi-transparent objects blending into each other in the stack…unless you want that, which can also be useful in some designs, like seeing multiple [function] objects or something.
