Hi,

Does anyone have any experience from teabox or bluesenses products?
Any recommendations?
I have been considering purchasing either one but have not yet come
to conclusion…
Teabox looks more solid and the fact it uses optical audio instead
midi interests me and sounds good, but the sensors they are selling
are much more expensive…
And then bluesense also offers servo motors and stuff which, if I
have understood correctly, Teabox can’t offer?
But bluesenses products seems to demand more engineering skills to
install?

If anyone has any experience, recomendations or suggestions would be
highly appreciated!

thanks.

Tomi

is there a way to get higher resolution on the sensors using max objects? I know with the midi setup it can only be 127 valuse, but is there a way to get the raw data?

Use the “0 res 1″ command for the Max objects to obtain 10 (microDig and Wi-microDig) or 12 (Digitizer) bit resolution raw sensor values. See also the help file.

In standalone mode you can also have higher resolution values by using pitchbend mapping, where the 14 bits of the pitchbend mapping hold the either 10 or 12 bit sensor value.
