Textures on back

Hi

Mapping a texture onto glvertex (like below), how do you stop the texture appearing on the back of the shape drawn?

glcolor 1 1 1,
glenable texture,
glbindtexture cube,
glbegin polygon,
gltexcoord 0 0, glvertex -1 0 0,
gltexcoord 0 1, glvertex -1 1 0,
gltexcoord 1 1, glvertex 0 1 0,

glpopmatrix,
