Textures on models changing when going into fullscreen

I found a similar post from a year ago on but it seemed a little different. Basically, when I goto full screen mode after switching the textures on a model, it reverts back to the earlier applied texture. Texture needs to be banged again to go to the texture that should be on it in the first place. Patch below is simplest example of this. I’m on macbook pro osx 10.6 but this same thing was happening on an old G4 too.
