TonyHawkRide/Shred/ControllerHack/Jitter

Hi me and 2 fellow students are trying to incorporate the tony hawk shred controller board to control a jitter patch. We are just in the beginning stages and aren't very advanced in jitter as much as most. We were wondering if anyone has tried using the "board controller" for this before. We have looked at other forums and it says that it is hard to calibrate. We know it has 2 accelerometers, and 4 motion sensors. We would be happy if we could just get the 4 sensors to read in a jitter patch for a vj'ing. ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Is the controller a USB device? If so, there's a chance it would work with the hi object.

It uses BlueTooth to relay the data. but it does have a usb chord because that is what ps3 uses to charge, but we were hoping to not have to use this because we want it user friendly for gallery goers.

We want and kind of have to use bluetooth so our computer doesn't become damaged thats running jitter.

SO YA the HI object did work to your recommendation.. It read the board right away, and were able to get output. Thanks for your help!

Does it have to be plugged in via USB for it to be recognized by [hi]?

How is the data from hi packaged? Curious to see how this all compares to the different wii controllers I have used with Max.
