Touchscreen and MAX 6

Hi, maybe some users in this forum point me to the right direction.

I read recently the interview with Jeff Rona

http://cycling74.com/2012/03/06/an-interview-with-jeff-rona

and the posibilities to expand control surfaces with MAX. i have Liine Lemur running on an ipad to control Cubase 6.5 but i need more controls and do no want to get another ipads. also i have big hands, so this posibility is fantastic, to create control surfaces with MAX and use it with a 22"-24 etc LED touchscreen to get more space.

The question is: MAX 6 is all i need to create my custom control surface and run it with some touchscreen running Windows 7 or do i need something else?. Some type of touchscreen to consider it reliable with good drivers?.

Regards.

Max should do it. You can resize and change the color of toggles, bangs, etc. And make your own UI elements with jsui if need be. I’m sure other users will have even more ideas

I’d just put more interfaces in Lemur and switch between them *shrug*.

If you need to see several/a lot of controls at once in Lemur you have 2 problems; problem 1, small screen=small objects=eyefatigue, problem 2, big objects and several interfaces=buttons, faders etc spread over several interfaces resulting in a workflow killer.
