I would like to embed the PNG into the patcher but if I click the ‘embed image in patcher’ option in the inspector, then when I load the patch the PNG has a solid black background.

It displays perfectly with a transparent background until I close the project and re-open it, whereupon it shows the solid background again.

Is this a bug or is there something about embedding PNGs within the patch that causes this to happen?

If I don’t embed it, then it displays correctly even after re-loading the patcher. I’d prefer to embed it though :)
