I'm working on a project that changes state based on mouse movement. I want it to be at preset 1 when first turned on, preset 2 after mouse movement, preset 3 if left unattended for sometime after preset 2, and preset 4 when the mouse is detected again after being idle for some time.

The problem is that my program skips right over preset 1 and 3 (the two that require mouse movement to move on). I want it to sit at both of those until the mouse is moved. This is what I've got, If someone could take a look at it and let me know if they see what the problem is, that would be super appreciated.
